Text a picture of the junk to (619) 245-9957. Fred looks at what is actually there — the items, the pile, the access — and sends a price. That quoted price is guaranteed. You are not paying a teaser rate that grows once the truck is in the driveway.
The guarantee covers junk removal jobs in San Diego quoted from photos you text. Curbside or full-service is priced as quoted. Labor, hauling, and disposal are in that price. We do not add a surprise dump fee after the bed is loaded.
Photos have to match the job. If the pile on site is larger, heavier, upstairs when the photo was the driveway, or packed with items that were not shown, we stop and re-quote before we load extra. You accept the new price or we haul only what was in the original photos. We do not bury a change in a line item after the work is done.
Posted price list rates and truck load tiers are the same prices used in a photo quote. The Junk Removal Cost Calculator uses those tiers too. A calculator quote and a photo quote are both the amount you pay when the load matches what you selected or showed.
The guarantee does not cover items we cannot haul — paint, chemicals, fuels, batteries, medical waste, and other household hazardous waste. If a photo includes something we cannot take, we tell you in the quote. You keep that material. The rest of the job stays at the quoted price.
