When are payments due?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks, PayPal and Venmo for payments.
All payments are due at the time of pick up. If you are not going to be present you can pre-pay when making your appointment or at any other time on our PAYMENTS PAGE
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Paypal, checks, cash, credit and debit cards. Checks must have current address pre-printed. We use a chip reader credit card machine for in person credit card payments and accept on-line payments as well on our Payments Page
Do I need to be present for pick up appointment?
No need to be present if you choose curbside removal and pre-pay. We will still notify you by call or text to let you know we are on our way and once again when the job is completed.
How do I cancel or re-schedule my appointment?
When you book online you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This email will have links for canceling and re-scheduling your appointment. Please cancel or re-schedule as soon as you know there is a need to avoid a late cancelation or trip fee.
