How It Works
Book Your Appointment
We schedule in 3 hour arrival window. No payment is due at this time.
You will receive an email confirming your appointment date, arrival window, service and cost.
A link to reschedule or cancel your appointment will be included as well.
Pick Up Day
You will receive an email and text reminder of your appointment and a text / call 10-20 minutes before arriving.
If you have chosen curbside removal please ensure your items are ready in a drive up location by the start of your arrival window.
Before Work Begins
We will arrive and review the scope of work, any increase or decrease in the fee based on the amount and weight of items will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Our friendly removal team will do all the lifting and loading.
After the job is completed we will collect payment by cash, credit / debit cards, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Checks are accepted but not for move outs.
