ESTIMATES AND PRICING
Please try to be accurate when estimating the size of the job. We usually can take a little more than anticipated but if you schedule a very small pick up and when we arrive it’s a full truck load there might be a delay in getting your pick up completed.
If you think there may be an increase or decrease in the size of the job you have scheduled please test us first before canceling and rescheduling. We may be able to accommodate your change without changing your appointment.
CURBSIDE OR FULL SERVICE
We want you to save money with our curbside removal so if you have the items in your garage or driveway we need 10 feet wide and 8 foot overhead clearance.
If your interior home stairway has a turn some items such as hide-a-beds or recliner couches cannot be brought down without precautions.
If this is your situation please text us for a quote or to see if we can accept this job.
BOOKING ONLINE / DISCOUNTS
You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your appointment a late cancelation or trip fee of $59 my be charged.
Please be considerate and cancel or reschedule before 12 hours prior to your appointment.
All of our discounts are savings off the regular price and cannot be combined. Discounts are for residential customers only and you must book online to receive the discount.
WHAT WE TAKE / WHAT WE DO
We do not haul away remodeling debris. If you are scheduling a junk removal and have a small amount of what is considered remodeling debris you can add it to your pile of junk, 10% of the load max and it must be curbside.

MATTRESS REMOVAL
A king mattress is priced as a single item. A king mattress and box spring is priced as two items.
Currently we donate for reuse about 50% of the mattress we haul away. Most end up in Mexico.

COUCH REMOVAL
A couch with an ottoman or chase is priced as two items.
A 2 piece sectional is priced as two items

A 3 piece sectional is priced as three items

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR JUNK
If you have a couple of large single items to be removed we have pricing for that as well and you can get an estimate HERE
If you have a pile of miscellaneous junk, trash, furniture, appliances, garage junk we offer junk removal by the truck load as well and you can get pricing HERE
Online Estimates – We have several online tools for accurately estimating your removal costs. Single items are easy straightforward with flat fees. We also have a multi-item removal estimator tool.
For piles of junk we have some example photos to help you estimate how much junk you have and a pick-up truck estimator. The most accurate truck load estimator tool we have is our cubic yards estimator.
Full Service Junk Removal – We will remove the items from indoors, second story or the back / side yard. This service requires you to simply point it out and we will haul it away. If items are located higher than the second story we will still remove them if there is an elevator. if there is no elevator please TEXT us at (619) 245-9957 for a price quote that will include the additional labor.
Some apartment complexes in mission valley, UTC area and pacific beach have parking very far from where we can park our truck. Removals from some of these buildings will require additional labor and the fee will increase. We are currently building a database of these locations.
Just like curbside service we still need a place to park our truck. If there are parking limitations please let us know when booking, in the special instructions section of the booking form. If we cannot park we cannot work.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail, please check to make sure we have the correct address and phone number. If you do not receive this e-mail please check your junk or spam folder.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule for a different dat please use the links at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.
We send another reminder e-mail the day before your appointment that also has a link to re-schedule or cancel.
You do not need to be present for your appointment if you choose curbside removal and pre-pay online. You can pre pay right after booking or at any other time on our PAYMENTS PAGE
If you are not present for the pick up we will notify you by text once it’s completed.
We always call ahead 10-30 minutes before arriving, if you do not answer we send a text message. It is important that you answer the call or text so we know you are ready for the pick up. If you do not answer your appointment may be delayed or canceled. We do have a late cancelation fee of $59.
Once on-sight we will review what needs to be removed and confirm the fee.
We schedule labor and block off time for your pick up in advance. If you do not cancel or re-schedule at least 12 hours in advance it costs us in lost revenue because we cannot fill that blocked off time and by paying for un-needed labor. We ask that you please cancel or re-schedule 12 hours before your appointment. If you have not re-scheduled or canceled your appointment we may insist on a $59 trip fee.
